WHAT EVENt IS IT?
A day-long showcase of wedding vendors from across the Hudson Valley. Vendors are encouraged to bring their best + brightest wares and services. Working together, the entire Estate will be transformed into a splendid immersive matrimonial affair. Couples will be able to experience what our vendors offer in real-time, engaging with each vendor in turn and discovering new products and services in a way that no digital or remote experience can rival.
WHAT VENDORS CAN PARTICIPATE?
If you're reading this, you've almost certainly been hand-selected by our team or one of our coveted partner-vendors. Congrats!
But, more specifically: virtually any and all vendors offering wedding industry services are invited to participate. From day-of wedding vendors like caterers, florists, bridal dressmakers, bakers, and film/photographers to jewelry, music, wellness, and beyond.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION?
After signing up, interested vendors will work with our staff to find the best site(s) in which to showcase their wares. Apart from the coordination for this, all vendors are also required to offer prospective Couples a 10% discount on their services and products.
This 10% promotional discount must be honored: (1) for all Couples who book with them on the day of the event, and (2) for 30 days thereafter, if the Couple has already redeemed a discounted booking on the day of (e.g., with another vendor).
WHAT'S THIS ABOUT PROMOTIONAL PRICING?
